Air suspension chiller is a kind of water chiller designed by centrifugal compressor with air bearing. In the process of compressor rotation, the bearing relies on the buoyancy of the gas to support, without metal fuiction, and the whole unit is energy-saving, efficient and quiet during operation. Energy-saving and quiet no less conventional magnetic bearing units, and no complex magnetic bearing system.
In the design of the two unit, the domestic new heat exchange tube is adopted, and the heat exchange design and fluid simulation technology of the system are combined, so that the heat exchange capacity of the two units can be enhanced as much as possible.
The popular Siemens PLC combined with sensor technology is used to control the unit, and each key parameter point has a detection sensor to ensure that the unit is in a state of high efficiency during long-term operation. It can provide real-time operation prameters while ensuring operation safety.
